Questions, a card that went wrong, a payment that didn't show up: write to us and a person will answer.

Common questions

How do I make a card?

Pick a person from your list (or add one), choose a tone, and tap to make the card. You'll see the message and the artwork before you share anything, and you can ask for a change up to 3 times.

How much does it cost?

Your first 3 cards are free. After that each card costs $1, which includes up to 3 changes within 24 hours. You add money to a prepaid wallet; there is no subscription. See the Terms of use.

I paid but my balance didn't update

On iPhone, go back to the app after Stripe shows the payment confirmation; the Wallet refreshes when you return. On Android, open the Wallet again: pending purchases are added once Google confirms them. If the balance is still wrong after a few minutes, email us the date and amount.

Why was my card blocked?

Every request goes through an automated safety check before anything is drawn. If the text or photo is flagged, the card isn't made and you aren't charged. Try different wording or a different photo. If you think the block was a mistake, let us know.

The card is offensive, wrong or strange

Use Report this card on the card. We get the message text and which AI service made it (never your photo), and we review every report.

Where is my card after I share it?

Cards you save go to your Photos; cards you share go to the app you shared with. Fanfare also keeps a history of your finished cards in the app.

Does Fanfare read my contacts?

Only if you allow it, and only names and birthdays, on your phone. Your contact list is never uploaded. See the Privacy policy.

How do I review or withdraw my AI consent?

Wallet → Legal & support → AI & your data. Withdrawing consent stops any new generation until you agree again.

Can I get a refund?

Your balance stays in your wallet for future cards — it doesn't expire. In this first version we can't refund balance to your card or bank account, except where the law requires it (see Terms). A card that fails to generate is never charged. If you topped up through Google Play, Google's own refund process also applies; if Google or your bank reverses a payment, that amount is removed from your balance (down to zero).

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Wallet → Legal & support → Delete account. Full details on the Delete your account page.
